Collaborative Graduate Attribute

To earn the Collaborative Graduate Attribute badge, students must display evidence of the four Soft Skills of Appreciation, Contribution, Negotiation and Participation. Definitions for each Soft Skill are provided below. Selecting another Graduate Attribute will provide further details on the Soft Skills associated with it. Additionally, if you are a student engaging with the ASSIST project, you can submit a portfolio of Soft Skill evidence using the links on the right.

This Soft Skill badge will be awarded to people who display evidence of the capacity to recognise the worth, quality, or importance of something or someone.

This Soft Skill badge will be awarded to people who display evidence of the capacity to give something to someone in order to help achieve or provide something.

This Soft Skill badge will be awarded to people who display evidence of the capacity to discuss something formally with someone in order to reach an agreement.

This Soft Skill badge will be awarded to people who display evidence of the capacity to be involved in an activity or event with someone in doing something.
